Jetonomy Pro Overview

Pro feature

Jetonomy Pro is a licensed add-on that extends the free Jetonomy plugin with 14 optional extensions. Install both plugins, activate your license key, and enable only the extensions your community needs. Everything in the free plugin continues to work exactly as before.

What Pro Adds

Pro is a collection of independent extensions grouped by what they do. Enable one, several, or all of them - each extension only runs if you switch it on.

Communication

  • Private Messaging - one-on-one and small-group direct messages without leaving the community, with live unread-count badge and thread pagination.
  • Email Digest - a daily or weekly summary of community activity sent to members who have not visited recently.
  • Web Push Notifications - browser push alerts that reach members after they close your site.
  • Reply by Email - members reply to discussion threads directly from their email client.

Engagement

  • Emoji Reactions - eight configurable emoji reactions on posts and replies so members can respond without writing a full reply.
  • Polls - single or multi-choice polls attached to topics, with live vote counts and optional close dates.

Gamification

  • Custom Badges - design your own badges with criteria that Jetonomy Pro evaluates automatically every six hours.

Content

  • Custom Fields - structured fields (text, number, select, checkbox, and more) on posts, member profiles, and spaces.

Moderation

  • Advanced Moderation - a rules engine that evaluates every post before it goes live, with keyword, regex, link-limit, and spam-score rules.

Administration

  • Analytics - a full dashboard of posts, replies, active users, top spaces, top contributors, engagement rate, and unanswered posts with CSV export.

SEO

  • SEO Pro - per-space meta titles, Open Graph images, Twitter Cards, Schema.org structured data, and sitemap controls.

Branding

  • White Label - remove all Jetonomy branding and present the community as your own product.

Integration

  • Webhooks - send signed HTTP POST payloads to any endpoint when 13 community events occur.

AI

  • AI Integration - bring large language models into spam detection, auto-moderation, reply suggestions, and thread summaries.

Requirements

  • Free Jetonomy plugin - must be installed and active. Pro refuses to load if free is absent or at an older major.minor version.
  • Matching version - free and Pro always ship with the same x.y.z version number. Install both updates together.
  • PHP 8.1+ and WordPress 6.7+.
  • License key - required to activate extensions. Enter it under Jetonomy → License.

How to Enable an Extension

  1. Go to Jetonomy → Extensions.
  2. Toggle the extension on.

Changes take effect immediately - no reload required.

License Tiers

Pro is sold in Starter, Growth, Agency, and Lifetime tiers. Every tier includes all 14 extensions. The tier affects the number of sites you may run Pro on and the support level you receive.

Enter and activate your license key under Jetonomy → License. Once activated, automatic updates appear in the standard WordPress plugin update notice.
