Six community shapes you can build this weekend.

Name: Jetonomy Pro
Availability: InStock
Rating: 4.7 (92 reviews)

Each one walks through what your members actually do, what you configure, and which space type makes it work.

Forum · for Community Manager / SaaS founder

The support forum journey: cut tickets without hiring more agents

Members find their answer before they file a ticket. Members flag what needs a look and your moderators work one queue. Your support team works on the hard tickets.

Member does
Searches for the error → finds an old topic → reads the top-voted reply → moves on. Or asks a new question, gets a reply from another customer who hit it last week.

Admin does
Sets up one Forum space. Configures trust levels. Pins the FAQ topics. Routes the 'open a ticket' button to ask community first.
Q&A · for Educator / course creator

The Q&A peer-learning journey: turn your course into a network

Students ask questions, classmates answer, the best answer rises. You spot the most helpful students automatically. Course retention goes up.

Member does
Hits a question while practicing. Searches the Q&A space for that concept. Finds an accepted answer from a peer who struggled with the same thing last cohort. Reads, applies, moves on.

Admin does
Creates a Q&A space gated by course enrollment. Trust levels surface top students. Leaderboard recognizes the most helpful peers. You spend office hours on the genuinely tricky questions.
Ideas · for Product manager / SaaS founder

The ideas board journey: customers vote on what you build next

Customers post ideas. Other customers vote. Top ideas rise by vote count. Your roadmap reflects what users actually want, not what the loudest CSAT respondent shouted.

Member does
Notices something missing. Opens the Ideas space, searches if it's been requested. Either upvotes an existing idea (30 seconds) or posts a new one (2 minutes).

Admin does
Reviews top-voted ideas weekly. Marks status (Planned / In progress / Shipped / Declined). Each status change notifies the idea's author.
Show & Tell · for Creator / educator / agency

The Show & Tell journey: a portfolio space for member work

Members post screenshots of what they built. Others vote and comment. The best work gets pinned. Members feel seen; new members see what's possible.

Member does
Finishes a project. Posts a screenshot + 2-3 sentences about it in the Show & Tell space. Upvotes others' work. Comments on the ones they want to learn from.

Admin does
Pins the monthly featured work. Upvotes and comments on early posts to model the behavior. Doesn't moderate heavily - celebrates.
Social feed · for Community owner / membership site

The social feed journey: micro-discussion for member-only networks

Members post short updates throughout the day. Others react, reply, comment. The space stays alive between major events.

Member does
Drops a quick thought or question. Scrolls the feed at lunch. Reacts to what catches their eye. Comments on 1-2 posts they want to discuss.

Admin does
Posts a daily prompt. Replies to early members. Doesn't moderate - this is the chill space, not the Q&A or support space.
Migration · for Site owner / WordPress admin

The bbPress migration journey: from 2009 forum to a modern community

One-click importers turn each forum into a space and move your topics and replies with their authors. Members keep their post history. The forum stops looking like 2009.

Member does
Logs in. Forum looks completely different - modern, fast, mobile-friendly. Their old posts are intact. They find the new compose button and keep going.

Admin does
Backs up the database. Runs the importer, which works in batches and resumes if interrupted. Reviews the import summary. Maps old URLs with a redirect plugin. Decommissions the old plugin.
