In this tutorial you will ask a question in Jetonomy and accept the best answer. You need a member account on a site that runs the free Jetonomy plugin. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open a Q and A space. Ask your question. Read the answers. Accept the best answer. Then check it is marked answered. Step one. Sign in and open a Q and A space. You can tell one by the Ask a Question button. A question still waiting is marked Needs answer. The Unanswered filter shows only those. The member here, Yuki, also manages this space. That is why she has an Admin label, and an Edit space button that other members do not see. Step two. Click Ask a Question, and type your question as the title. Add the details under Content, and tags if you want them. Then click Post Question. Step three. Open your question when replies arrive. Each reply is an answer, and members vote on them. Use Oldest, Newest or Best to sort them. Best puts the highest voted answer first. Step four. Because you asked the question, you see an Accept button on each reply. Click Accept on the one that solved it. It is tagged Accepted at once. The reply stays in its place in the thread, and its author earns reputation. You can click Unaccept to undo it. Step five. Check that it worked. Go back to the space. Your question is now marked Answered, so the next person with the same problem finds the solution. That is all five. A Q and A space opened, a question asked, the answers read, the best one accepted, and the question marked answered. Your question has its answer, and everyone can see which one worked.
