Transcript

In this tutorial you will find all your spaces in one place in a Jetonomy community. You need a member account on a site that runs the free Jetonomy plugin. It takes about two minutes. There are five steps. Open My Spaces. Read the spaces you run. Use the shortcuts. Read the spaces you are in. Then add a space to the list. Step one. Open My Spaces. When you are signed in, the community sidebar greets you by name. Under your name is a link called My Spaces. Click it. The page is yours alone. Nobody else can open your list, and it only works when you are signed in. Step two. Read the spaces you run. At the top are the spaces where you are a space admin or a moderator. Here, one: Trail Runners. A badge beside the name says Admin or Mod, and under it are the number of topics and members. Step three. Use the shortcuts. Each space you run has buttons under it. Edit opens the settings of the space, and only space admins get it. Mod queue opens the moderation queue of that space. Members opens the member list of the space. Step four. Read the spaces you are in. Below are the spaces you have joined as a member. Each card has a short description, and the number of topics and members. These cards have no buttons. Click anywhere on a card to open that space. Step five. Add a space to the list. A space shows on My Spaces once you have joined it. Open a space you are not in yet, here Help Desk, and the button under its name reads Join Space. After you join, Help Desk is on your My Spaces page. Leave a space, and it comes off the list. That is all five. My Spaces opened, the spaces you run read, the shortcuts used, the spaces you are in read, and a space added to the list. Every space you care about is now one click away. Next in this series: Add a topic box to any page.
