SEO Pro

SEO tuned per space, not per page

Every space gets its own meta title, description, Open Graph image, schema type, and sitemap rules. Community pages need different SEO than blog posts, and SEO Pro gives you that control without disturbing Yoast or Rank Math.

Jetonomy Pro · SEO
  • Per-space meta title and description, with template tokens like post count and site name
  • Custom Open Graph image and Twitter Card per space for clean link previews
  • Automatic JSON-LD structured data, including QAPage with acceptedAnswer for Q&A
  • Sitemap include, exclude, priority, and change-frequency controls per space

The problem

Community SEO is not blog SEO. A forum topic has many authors and evolves over time, a Q&A thread is really a QAPage with an accepted answer, and a sitemap that treats every reply as a top-level URL pollutes your search index.

Why a community needs its own SEO

Your posts and pages have one author, one publish date, and one body. A forum topic has dozens of authors, evolves over time, and its most recent reply is often the most valuable part. A Q&A thread is not a blog post at all, it is a QAPage with an accepted answer. Treat those the way a generic SEO plugin treats a page and you get weak titles, wrong schema, and a sitemap clogged with reply URLs.

The free Jetonomy plugin already ships a sensible baseline: canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, Schema.org, and a sitemap provider for spaces and posts. SEO Pro is what you reach for when a single default is not enough, when different spaces serve different audiences and each needs its own title, its own preview image, and its own place in your sitemap.

Control every signal, one space at a time

Every space gains a dedicated SEO tab. There you set a meta title and description written for search snippets, with template tokens such as {space_name}, {site_name}, and {post_count} so a template like “{space_name} - {post_count} discussions | {site_name}” fills itself in. You upload a per-space Open Graph image for clean previews on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Slack, and override the Twitter Card type and image. Skip a field and it falls back to the meta values and your default OG image.

Structured data is automatic. For each space and post Jetonomy Pro emits the right JSON-LD: DiscussionForumPosting for forums, QAPage with acceptedAnswer for Q&A, CreativeWork for Ideas, Person for profiles, and BreadcrumbList everywhere. The sitemap gains per-space include and exclude, priority, change frequency, and a maximum-URLs-per-file cap so large sitemaps stay crawlable. Per-space robots directives keep staff-only spaces out of the index, and a custom canonical URL credits the original when you syndicate content.

It stays in its lane

SEO Pro is not a replacement for Yoast, Rank Math, or All in One SEO. It governs the community area only, the URLs under /community/, and leaves your blog, pages, and WooCommerce products untouched. Where a site-wide plugin and SEO Pro both target a community URL, SEO Pro wins on that URL and only there. There is no global settings page to misconfigure, because control lives inside each space, so tuning one space never changes another.

Who it's for

Common questions

How is this different from the free plugin's SEO?

The free Jetonomy plugin already outputs baseline SEO: canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, basic Schema.org, and a sitemap provider for spaces and posts. SEO Pro is for overriding those defaults on a per-space basis, because different spaces have different audiences and search intent, and it adds the richer schema types on top.

What structured data does it output?

For every space and post, Jetonomy Pro emits JSON-LD automatically: DiscussionForumPosting for spaces and forum topics, QAPage with acceptedAnswer and suggestedAnswer for Q&A topics, CreativeWork for Ideas, Person for profiles, and a BreadcrumbList on every community page. You do not configure any of it, enabling SEO Pro turns it on.

Will it conflict with Yoast, Rank Math, or All in One SEO?

No. SEO Pro handles the community area only, the URLs under /community/, and leaves your blog, pages, and WooCommerce products alone. If a site-wide plugin writes an og:title for a community URL, SEO Pro's tags take precedence there and nowhere else.

Where do I configure it?

There is no site-wide settings page by design. Each space gets a dedicated SEO tab in its settings panel. You fill in only the fields you want to override and leave the rest blank to inherit the site defaults, so you never accidentally change a default other spaces rely on.
