Pro integration

SureMembers

Gate Jetonomy spaces by SureMembers access groups. Granting an access group adds the member to linked spaces and revoking it removes them, while joining a space can grant access groups back to the member. Requires Jetonomy Pro.

Why it matters

How SureMembers helps your community

  • Members reach their spaces automatically when they are granted a SureMembers access group.
  • Access is removed when an access group is revoked or expires, with no manual cleanup.
  • Joining a space can grant access groups so members also see the matching SureMembers content.
  • This is the only way to connect SureMembers access groups to Jetonomy spaces, which live outside WordPress posts.

What it offers

Inside SureMembers

  • Auto-detects SureMembers and adds a dedicated SureMembers tab to every space.
  • Links one or more active access groups per space; expired groups are treated as not held.
  • Listens to the SureMembers grant and revoke actions, including expiry-driven revocations.
  • Optional apply-on-join and remove-on-leave access-group actions make the link bidirectional.

Best for: Sites using SureMembers access groups that need to gate Jetonomy spaces.

Questions

SureMembers and Jetonomy

How does SureMembers work with Jetonomy?

Gate Jetonomy spaces by SureMembers access groups. Granting an access group adds the member to linked spaces and revoking it removes them, while joining a space can grant access groups back to the member. Requires Jetonomy Pro. It is part of the Jetonomy ecosystem, so it fits your community rather than sitting beside it.

Do I need SureMembers to run a Jetonomy community?

No. Jetonomy is a complete community platform on its own. SureMembers is an optional integration you add when you want what it brings, and it needs Jetonomy Pro.

How do I set up SureMembers?

Follow the setup guide linked on this page. If you would like help deciding, reach out through the partners page.
